"K P Warne undertook an extension for us at the end of 2010 and first few months of 2011. It covered the Christmas period and also much of the very bad snow that we experienced. Despite the often poor conditions Kevin and the team kept us all as comfortable as possible and were always able to work with us, often making great suggestions and providing solutions to problems that we had not thought about and always arise as a build progresses.

They were a good team and we felt very comfortable having them in and around the house and were completely confident in how they managed the site which was always very clean and tidy which was important for us as we have 3 kids and a cat and a dog.

The build itself was complicated as we had a single span beam more or or less across the width of the house. This was as challenging design and needed Kevin's expertise to execute it, which he did brilliantly, but also constant dialogue with the building inspector which he also managed very well.

As well as the extension we had a great deal of internal work done (kitchen, bathroom, utility room) which was completed to a very high standard and has received many compliments from friends. We were really happy with the work but also the way in which it was completed in a professional manner with no surprises. The final product is great and well up to our expectations and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Kevin or using him again.
